team is still conducting its due diligence on the new venue and
will begin negotiating finalized terms after its due diligence is
complete. Solanbridge Group's management is looking to finalize
terms on a new venue by the end of April 2013.
David's Steak and Seafood would also like to announce it has
started renovating its exclusive boardroom and lounge in its
Melbourne Beach, location. The new
and improved board room will contain rich mahogany paneling, new
chandeliers, leather banquettes, black tablecloths, brass
appointments and subdued lighting. The elegant boardroom will be
available for business and social functions where guests can select
from a variety of menu options and receive impeccable service, as
