-- Santa Cruz County Bank (OTCQB: SCZC) announced that its
Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the
amount of $0.05 per share. The
dividend is payable on October 10,
2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business
on September 25, 2014. This is the
sixth cash dividend declared by Santa Cruz County Bank.
The Bank reported record quarterly net income of over
$1 million for the second quarter
ended June 30, 2014. The book value
per share of Santa Cruz County Bank's common stock at June 30, 2014 was $16.79, compared to $15.61 as of June 30,
2013. Shareholders' equity of $35.9
million as of June 30, 2014
represented a $5.1 million increase
over June 30, 2013.
