We are also pleased to inform you that our latest quarterly
group financial statements (for the six months ending February 28, 2015) have been filed and accepted
by OTC.
As referred to in the February financial statements, for the
funding we have now completed the due diligence to both parties
satisfaction and signed the initial contracts for the funding. The
finalization of the funding, which comes as a result of many years
work by the Board, should take place in the next quarter. We will
