(NYSE, POMSoX: IOC) today announced it will release its financial
and operating results for the third quarter of 2016 before the
market opens for trading on November 14,
2016. In light of the pending transaction with ExxonMobil
Corporation (NYSE: XOM), InterOil will not hold a conference call
in connection with the release of its quarterly results.
