Limitless Earth plc, an AIM quoted investing company, advises
that, on 12 April 2021, it received
two notifications of holdings in the Company’s ordinary shares from
Baloise Life (Liechtenstein) AG
relating to historic transactions. Baloise Life (Liechtenstein) AG holds 4,100,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 6.27 per cent. of the Company’s
issued share capital. Both notifications are included in full
below.
