of high-performance building products, and Huber Engineered Woods
LLC have entered into a settlement agreement to resolve all the
patent-infringement claims against LP WeatherLogic® Air & Water
Barrier. As part of the settlement, LP to continue to manufacture
and sell its Structural I sheathing with integrated water-resistive
overlay under the WeatherLogic brand name. Further terms of
the agreement are not being disclosed.
LP WeatherLogic is widely regarded by
building professionals for its ability to support more resilient,
durable builds.
