Dividend currency entitlement

Litigation Capital Management Limited (AIM:LIT) would like to issue an update regarding the 2.25 pence per ordinary share dividend declared on 18 July 2023, to be paid on 27 October 2023.

The dividend has been declared by the Company in GBP. Shareholders on the UK Share Register may choose to receive their entitlement to the dividend in cash in either GBP or AUD. Shareholders on the UK Share Register who do not make a valid AUD currency election will receive any entitlement to the cash dividend in GBP. Shareholders on the Australia Share Register will receive any entitlement to the cash dividend in AUD.

Shareholders on the UK Share Register should download the paper AUD currency election form from the company website https://lcmfinance.com/investors/shareholder-centre/shareholder-forms/ if they wish to receive the dividend in AUD. This should be returned to the Company's registrar Link Group by the election deadline 6 October 2023. Electronic scans of this form can be sent to shareholderenquiries@linkgroup.co.uk .

If you previously submitted an election form for AUD you do not need to submit a new election for this payment.
