Hungarian Forint Falls From More Than 5-month High Against Greenback

The Hungarian currency edged down against the US dollar, after
hitting more than a 5-month high of 193.00 at around 3:00 am ET
Thursday. Presently, the forint is trading at 195.61 versus the
greenback, which may be compared to yesterday's closing value of
194.61.
Hungary recorded a trade surplus of 392 million euros in August,
up 231 million euros from the same month a year ago, the Central
Statistical Office said today.
