£200m 6.50% debenture stock due 2026

Grosvenor announces that its annual meeting of stockholders, held pursuant to
the terms of the debenture stock, will take place at 11.30 a.m. at the company's
offices at 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP on Thursday 2 May 2002, followed
by lunch.

The presentation will give details of Grosvenor Limited's performance during the
year to December 2001, together with an overview of the wider Grosvenor Group.
