This notification arises from the transfer of the ownership of KBPB Holdings
Limited from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Group Limited (DrKWG) to Dresdner
Bank AG both of which are indirect subsidiaries of Allianz AG.  As a result of
this transfer of ownership DrKWG no longer have a disclosable interest in the
shares of the company.
