On 30 January 2003, AFA Systems plc ("AFA" or "the Company") announced that its
proposed placing of #2 million ("the Placing") had been approved by shareholders
at an EGM.  The ordinary shares of 5 pence each associated with the Placing were
admitted to AIM on 31 January 2003.



The Company has been notified of the following disclosable interests in the
ordinary shares of 5p of the Company, as a result of the participation by the
parties named below in the Placing.
