                     Correction - Director Purchases

Further to our earlier announcement regarding the purchase of 50,000 ordinary
shares by Simon Broackes, a Director of Madisons Coffee plc, the shares were
purchased at a price of 3.75 pence per share and not 2.75 pence per share as
previously stated.

He now has a beneficial interest in a total of 5,156,192 ordinary shares,
representing 9.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
