               Offer by Tandem Group plc for MV Sports Group plc

                        Result of Court Meeting and EGM


The Company announces that the resolutions to approve the Scheme of Arrangement
to facilitate the recommended offer by Tandem Group PLC announced on 5 February
2003, which were proposed at the Court Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting
held today, were duly passed.


It is now anticipated that, following the Court hearing of the petition to
sanction the Scheme and the Capital Reduction set out in the Company's circular
of 21 February 2003, the MV Sports ordinary shares will cease trading on AIM at
the close of business on 7 April 2003 and that the Tandem Consideration Shares
will be admitted to trading on AIM on 9 April 2003.
