                             Holding in the Company


The Company announces that it was advised today that Jasmine Trustees Limited ("
Jasmine") sold on 19 March 2003 its entire shareholding of 250,000 Ordinary
Shares of #0.0000001 each, representing 6.93% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company, to the trustees of a trust called the Ashley
Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ("the Settlement").  The principal beneficiaries
of this trust are the same as those for whom Jasmine Trustees Limited was the
registered holder.

In addition, Jasmine has transferred its holdings of 1,250 A Shares of
#0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of #0.49999995 each to the Settlement.
Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
