advising that Allianz AG and subsidiaries, following a sale of 350,000 Tribune 
Trust plc Indexed shares on the 24th March, have a notifiable interest of 
966,889 Tribune Trust plc Indexed shares, representing 3.006% of the issued 
Index share capital.

Merchant Investors Assurance Company Ltd is interested in all 966,889 of these 
shares, which are registered in the name of The Bank of New York (Nominees) Ltd.
