                            Directors Share Options

The Board of Grosvenor Land today resolved to extend by five years the period
during which certain of the share options held by the Directors of the Company
may be exercised.

Phil Edmonds, Douglas Blausten and Simon Blausten each hold 388,000 options to
subscribe for ordinary shares at an exercise price of 12.5 p each and these were
exercisable from 4 September 1997 until 4 September 2003. These options will now
be exercisable until 4 September 2008.

Phil Edmonds, Douglas Blausten and Simon Blausten each hold 400,000 options to
subscribe for ordinary shares at an exercise price of 10 p each and these were
exercisable from 14 September 1999 until 14 September 2003. These options will
now be exercisable until 14 September 2008.
