Admission of new ordinary shares

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 2 April 2003 regarding a
placing of 525,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of Antonov at a
price of 24p per new ordinary shares the Company is pleased to announce that the
shares have now been allotted and an application has been made to admit these
shares to the alternative investment market of the London Stock Exchange and
trading is expected to commence on 8 May 2003. The issued shares will be
credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares.
