Grosvenor Land was today advised that, following the placing of 2,000,000 new
ordinary shares in the Company to Stephen Massey announced on 25 April 2003, Mr
Massey is now interested in a total of 2,208,335 ordinary shares, representing
6.71 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
