Reed Executive PLC (the "Company") announces that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting and the Class Meeting held earlier today, each of the resolutions
(approving amendments to the Company's Articles of Association in connection
with the recommended cash offers by James Reed & Partners plc for the entire
issued share capital of the Company (the "Offers")) were passed. Accordingly,
the condition of the Offers relating to the passing of these resolutions has now
been satisfied.

The Company also announces that each of the resolutions proposed at its Annual
General Meeting, held earlier today, was passed.
