Forbidden Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that on Thursday 8 May 2003
under the Company's Unapproved and Approved Share Option Schemes, the following
Directors were granted the below noted number of options to subscribe for
ordinary shares in the Company all at the exercise price of 31p per share option
(being the closing mid-market price 7 May 2003). The options may normally be
exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
