Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the listing of 30,000 ordinary shares of Arriva of 5p each. 5,000
of these were allotted on 12 May 2003 in respect of applications under the
Executive Share Option Scheme, 5,000 were allotted on 14 May 2003 in respect of
the Executive Share Option Scheme,10,000 were allotted on 14 May 2003 and 10,000
allotted 15 May 2003 both in respect of the Share Incentive Scheme and will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares and are to
be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
