                             Further re Acquisition

Further to the announcement made on 29 May 2003, the Company continues to
consider a number of conditional financing proposals that it has received to
facilitate the acquisition of Honeygrove Holdings Limited. The parties have
therefore agreed to extend the long stop date for satisfaction of the conditions
under the acquisiton agreement until 20 June 2003. A further announcement will
be made by this date.
