ServicePower, the established market leader in artificial intelligence based
field service scheduling applications is pleased to announce an application has
recently been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for
417,616 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be
admitted to the Official List.

The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of share options
by employees. Admission is expected to become effective on 18th June 2003.
