                               Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 9 June 2003 by 3i Group plc, on behalf of itself and
its subsidiaries, that it has a beneficial interest in 14,984,267 Ordinary
Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. This represents a
total holding of 15.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
