Following the approval by shareholders of Ptarmigan International Capital Trust
plc on 1 July 2003 to change the name of the Company to Private Investors
Capital Trust Plc, the change of name has taken effect as from 2 July 2003 by
the issue of a certificate of incorporation on change of name by the Registrar
of Companies.
