The following amendment has been made to RNS 6755N released at 14:25 on 17 July
2003.

The first sentence should have stated that shares had been purchased at 32p per
share and not 50p per share as originally stated.  All other details remain
unchanged.

The full amended text is as follows:


i-Net VCT plc announces that on 15 July 2003 the Company purchased 10,400
ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation representing 0.10% of the issued
share capital at a price of 32p per share.

Following this transaction the Company now has 10,823,347 shares in issue.
