                                Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has made an application for the admission of
400,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares have been
issued pursuant to the authority granted at the general meeting held on 13th
January, 2003, and are being allotted in satisfaction of invoices totalling #
2,750 rendered to the Company by providers of services.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 24th July,
2003.
