In order to avoid a possible conflict of interest which could have arisen with
his other business activities, Clive Parritt has resigned from the board of
i-Net VCT plc with immediate effect.  The Board wish to thank Clive for his
contribution since the Company was launched in 2000.

The Board is pleased to announce that Chris Kay, an existing non-executive
director, has agreed to take over the role of chairman.
Following this change the Board now comprises four Directors, compared to six at
the Company's outset.  This is in line with the Board's wish to reduce the
annual running costs of the Company.
