                            Director's Share Dealing

Atlantic Global plc, ("Atlantic Global" or "the Company"), the AIM listed
specialist developer of business and resource management software applications
to a broad range of customers, announces that Mr Eugene Blaine, Group Managing
Director, has sold 657,895 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 76 pence
per share. The shares have been placed in order to satisfy institutional
investors' demand by Collins Stewart, broker and financial adviser to Atlantic
Global.

Following the sale, Mr Blaine retains 11,550,267 Ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 50.8 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
