                                  Board Change

The Board of Expro International Group PLC announces that Eric Woolley, Group
Finance Director, has resigned from the Company to take up a new role. Eric will
leave the Board and the Company on 31st October, 2003 and we wish him every
success in this new role and thank him for his contribution to the Group over
the last six years.

We are progressing the appointment of a new Group Finance Director. Colin
Ainger, Corporate Development Director and previously Group Finance Director,
will assume responsibility for the Finance Function in the interim.
