At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions
proposed, including a resolution seeking shareholder approval of the change of
the business strategy of the Company to the provision of corporate finance and
advisory services to small and growing companies and specialist investment
products and services, as described in the circular to shareholders dated 5
September 2003, were unanimously approved by shareholders.
