                    Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company has been notified today that as a result of a recent sale of 100,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Fidelity
Investments now holds 1,752,647 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.96 per cent of
the Company's issued share capital.

The shares are held non-beneficially as follows:
