                        STREAM GROUP PLC (the "Company")

Application has today been made for 1,232,764 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
pursuant to the exercise of options. The new shares have been allotted by the
Company, subject to admission, and will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 17
October 2003.
