                 Notifiable Interest and Director Shareholding


Following the recent placing, the Company has been notified by Scottish Value
Trust Plc and by Mr Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, that they
hold 49,050,000 and 60,000,000 ordinary shares respectively, representing 19.01
and 23.25 per cent. respectively of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
