connection with the appointment of Philip B. Simon as a non-executive Director,
the Company confirms that Mr Simon has no items to disclose pursuant to Rule
16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority (the "Listing Rules")

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph
6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules in connection with Mr.Simon's
appointment.
