HUVEAUX PLC ("Huveaux" or "the Company)

DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

Huveaux plc received notification yesterday from Matrix Securities Limited dated
21 October 2003 that as a result of the issue of additional shares by Huveaux
plc, Unicorn AIM VCT Plc's holding of 4,003,650 ordinary shares of 10p each in
Huveaux, now represents 5.60 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.



Huveaux plc received notification today from Jupiter Asset Management Limited
('Jupiter') dated 22 October 2003 that following a recent transaction in the
Company it has an aggregate interest in 8,508,266 ordinary shares of 10p each in
Huveaux which represents 11.90% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Jupiter holds 7,215,959 ordinary shares on behalf of its client Jupiter Split
Trust PLC, which represents 10.10% of the issued ordinary share capital.
