Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc, which operates the UK's largest network of part-time
performing arts schools for young people, was informed yesterday that Marlborough
Fund Managers Ltd purchased 400,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company, being 4.13%
of the total issued share capital of the Company. These shares are held by Marlborough
UK Equity Growth Fund.
