behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, Morley Fund Management Limited ("Morley
"), that Morley now have a notifiable interest in 26,515,376 50p Ordinary Shares
of the Company representing 6.31% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.



The aggregate material interest of Aviva plc, which includes the 50p Ordinary
Shares in which Morley have an interest, is also 26,515,376 50p Ordinary Shares,
representing 6.31% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
