           Danka Sets Second Quarter and Interim Results Release Date
                              and Conference Call

Danka Business Systems PLC, a leading independent global provider of office
imaging systems and services, will release second quarter and interim results
for the three and six months ended 30 September 2003 on 4 November 2003, and
will hold a conference call at 4:00 pm (UK Time) that day.
