                Internet Business Group Plc: Additional Listing


The company announces that it has today applied for admission of 32,638 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the company, to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.


The ordinary shares were allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options
which were allotted under the Executive 2000 Share Option Scheme.


It is expected that dealings in the ordinary shares will commence at 08.00 on 
7 November 2003.
