Board Change

Stream Group plc ("Stream"), the provider of consumer information and
entertainment content and applications via mobile and fixed line telephony,
announces that Paul Tuson, Finance Director, has signalled his intention to
leave the Company in the next few months to pursue other business interests.

The Company has identified a candidate as a replacement Finance Director and
hopes to make an announcement shortly.

Paul, a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined the board of Stream Group plc as
Finance Director in February 2000.

Gordon Robson, Chairman of Stream Group plc, said:

to Stream over the last 3 years. Paul was a key member of the team during the
