Application for Block Listing



Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Block
Listing of up to 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each fully paid to be admitted
to the Official List.  These ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company.



These ordinary shares will be allotted to Intec employees, for the purposes of
satisfying options to be granted under the Intec Company Share Option Scheme.
