On 18th August 2003, the company announced that Andrew John Stevens would join
the board as group managing director, Aerospace Systems, with effect from
10th November 2003.



On appointment, Mr Stevens was beneficially interested in 3,422 ordinary shares
held by the Cobham plc Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust in which he is
taken to be interested for Companies Act purposes.
