                               AGM trading update




At today's AGM, Martin Craddock, Chairman, made the following statement:

"The Group's performance in the first four months of the new financial year has
been at a similar level to last year's and in line with our internal forecasts.
Whilst there are clear signs of an upturn in US demand, trading conditions in
the UK remain challenging."
