                  ACQUISITOR PLC INCREASES HOLDINGS IN NETTEC



Following the purchase of 1,250,000 shares on 21 November 2003, Acquisitor Plc
has informed Nettec PLC that it has an interest in 13,300,000 ordinary shares of
Nettec PLC, representing 10.99% of the issued share capital.



The shares will be registered in the name of Hanover Nominees Limited.



Acquisitor Plc endeavours to achieve a high rate of capital growth for its
shareholders by acquiring significant holdings in companies, which the members
of its Board of Directors consider to be fundamentally sound but which are
valued at a discount to the Directors' estimate of their private market value.
