The board of Georgica PLC are pleased to announce that today David Barrett has
been promoted to deputy managing director and that Vineet Arora and Kaye Collins
have been appointed executive directors of Georgica PLC.

David Barrett is, inter alia, executive chairman and Kaye Collins is managing
director of Megabowl Limited.  Vineet Arora is responsible for IT and pricing
throughout the Georgica group.

Following the doubling in size of the Georgica group by the acquisition of
Megabowl, Georgica is seeking a new group finance director.  Until such time as
an appointment is made Alastair Mitchell, formerly finance director and now
managing director, will assume responsibility for this function.  He will be
assisted by Simon Prew, a former partner at Arthur Andersen and Victoria Booth
who will continue in her role as finance director of Rileys Ltd and as an
executive director of Georgica  PLC.
