Georgica PLC has today been notified, pursuant to section 329(2) of the
Companies Act 1985 that The Trustees of Georgica Share Incentive Plan Limited
("The Trust") purchased Ordinary shares of 5p each in the company at a price of
78p per share on 30th November 2003 under the Georgica Partnership Plan on
behalf of the following directors who are beneficiaries under the Trust:
