The Company was notified today that on 5 December 2003 David Johnson, Chief
Operating Officer of the Company, sold 12,374 ordinary shares at a price of 230
pence per share.  As a result of this transaction Mr Johnson currently has a
beneficial interest in 139,989 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.53
per cent of the current issued share capital of that class.
