               Automotive Precision Holdings plc ("The Company")

                              Suspension of listing

The Company announces that it has experienced trading difficulties and, in the
last few days, has been in discussions to refinance the business.

These discussions have not been successful and accordingly, yesterday afternoon,
administrators were appointed to the sole trading subsidiary, Automotive
Precision Components Limited.

Therefore the Company has requested that trading in its shares be suspended
pending the clarification of its financial position.
