The Company announces that Mr Eric Worrall has advised the Board that he wishes
to tender his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect
from 1 January 2004.

The Board wishes to thank Eric for his guidance and support to the Group during
his tenure as a Non-Executive Director and wishes him an his family well for his
retirement in Devon.
